Imparting Character Establishing Traits to the Next Generation

 In Messages

Women Of The Nation, I stand with you today and every day for this great land to be restored to the founding position of righteousness and a ‘land of the free and a home of the brave.’ Courageous, brave, honorable, integrity . . . these are qualities that are
taught from generation to generation and caught through impartation and example from one generation to another. We can’t assume the next generation knows anything about holiness, righteousness, right living, ethics, morality, and purity unless we spend the time to pray, believe, expect, teach, impart and live these examples of right living and being before them. It’s not enough to hope they ‘get it.’ We must make it a part of our daily life goals to make sure they have a good foundation in these character establishing traits.

I recently have noticed another big surge of the word ‘feminist’ arising from this next generation of young women. The young actress who is soon to marry into the royal family had on a T-shirt with the word ‘Feminist’ across her chest. My heart sank when I saw it. We are feminine, not feminists! I don’t need a movement to give me rights that Jesus Christ already gave me! Jesus Christ gave us freedom to be whatever and whoever He has called us to be. It matters not if we are male or female, slave or free, Jew or Greek as the Bible says! We can do all things through Christ who strengthens and empowers us to fulfill our destinies because of the price our Savior paid for us. I know I am preaching to the choir here but I want to make you aware of a few things we must not miss that are sometimes subtly and other times overtly being propagated in our daily society these days. From movies, TV shows, social media, and print media, we are being bombarded with an immoral agenda to subvert men’s role in our society, to displace the position of fathers, and replace with strong women who can ‘do the job better.’ Doing a job better has nothing to do with gender, but rather with heart, mind, drive, and desire to be the best one can possibly be.
